The rumor going around the Jets water cooler this week is whether or not Boston Bruins owner Jeremy Jacobs (a NHL Board of Governors big wig with a history of divisive and salacious comments) chastised a representative of the Winnipeg Jets this week at a recent governor's meeting.
Both the Jets and the NHL deny the rumor.
True North Sports and Entertainment CEO Mark Chipman released a statement when the story hit the wire.
