The Winnipeg Free Press's Gary Lawless sat down with Winnipeg Jets co-owner and True North Sports & Entertainment CEO and Chairman Mark Chipman and discussed the new 10-year NHL collective bargaining Agreement.
Chipman also discussed the new CBA in terms of how it will ultimately make the Jets more competitive in the years to come, including possible high-profile free-agent signings.
