Both Jacob Trouba and Mark Scheifele scored for the Jets, the latter coming in extra time as the Winnipeg Jets defeated the Tampa Bay Lightning, 2-1 in overtime.
Forward Blake Wheeler may have come out of his slump as he was the essential cog in the Jets machine, assisting on Scheifele's winner, as well as scoring his own 100th NHL carer goal.
The win puts the Jets record at the end this season-high road trip at 4-2.
