Winnipeg Jets teflon defenceman Zach Redmond has been sent to join the Jets AHL affiliate, the St. John IceCaps for further conditioning and rehab. Redmond has mystified the experts and doctors with his miracle recovery so far, as he suffered a life-threating accident during a Jets practice back on February 21 in Raleigh, North Carolina when team mate Annti Miettinen stepped on his thigh while Redmond was lying on the ice in the goal crease.
