Winnipeg Jets defenceman Zach Redmond was injured during practice today in Carolina when he was cut on the back of the leg by a falling team-mate during a scrum in front of the net. He had severed a vein in his He was taken to a local hospital where he under went emergency surgery and is in stable condition.
