The Winnipeg Jets ended their four-game losing streak by defeating the New Jersey Devils 3-1 in game one of their current six-game road trip.
The win gives Jets goaltender Ondrej Pavelec his 100th NHL victory and Mark Scheifele scored his first goal since opening night in Edmonton. That was 24 games ago. Evander Kane also broke his scoreless drought by scoring his first goal in 11 games.
